BSV Belsen under new management!

Norbert Glenewinkel will be in charge from now on.

The BSV Belsen Annual General Meeting 2023 took place on Saturday, March 18, 2023, in the club's clubhouse.

At 7:30 pm, the long-time chairman Maico Marquardt, a member of the BSV since the first day of the club's existence, opened the 2023 general meeting.

Marquardt had already announced in 2018 at the last board elections that this would be his last day in the executive board of the BSV, but at that time nobody had suspected that the pandemic would extend his last term as chairman by 2 years.

Thus, Marquardt spent 34 years as a volunteer on the club's executive board: 15 years as secretary and 19 years as chairman of BSV Belsen.

Following the reports from the chairman, the department heads, and the treasurer Bernd Stolzmann for the years 2020-2022, as well as the subsequent discharge of the entire executive board, the elections were then carried out smoothly by election manager Arnold Evers within 20 minutes.

Norbert Glenewinkel was unanimously elected by those present as the new chairman of BSV Belsen.

Marcel Hall as 2nd Chairman, Bernd Stolzmann as Treasurer and Sandra Stolzmann as Secretary were all confirmed in their positions.

Florian Brammer was elected head of the darts section. Maico Marquardt will temporarily assume the duties of head of the football section, and Norbert Glenewinkel will temporarily assume the duties of youth leader.

Sebastian Marquardt was elected deputy treasurer, and Melanie Schinor was elected deputy secretary.

Treasurer Bernd Stolzmann also thanks our groundskeeper Karl-Heinz Gossing, who ensures that the grounds are always in good condition at any time of year.
